[BH] NPCs do not lecture when asked to start a class

I can confirm I'm also facing that issue, I tried multiple classes (pottery, writing, cooking, piano...) and they never start the lecture. And even when not asking for a class, the NPCs employees assigned to giving lectures are not interacting with the board, they just roam on the lot doing other stuff (like dancing, they seem to love that)
