doesn't open CAS to actually customise a tattoo, just starts tattooing the sim without even choosing a design

whenever my sims tries to do a custom tattoo where I can design it in CAS they just start tattooing and I cant customize it in CAS. I dont know if theres something im missing or if its a bug, the only mods I have are MC command center and UI cheats
