Since the 1.118 update it seems that "toilet pranking" has gone through the roof. Or "toilet pranking" is an exponentially increasing trend and I'm just noticing it.
I've been seeing my own Sims - whom I know have no relevant traits and low mischief skill - pranking public toilets. I've seen townies - with whom my Sims are friends - that I know don't have traits that would cause them to prank toilets - pranking toilets. Ive seen Sims that I know hate mischief pranking toilets.
So far every single community lot that I've visited has had at least one pranked toilet and sometimes all the toilets have been pranked.
There is a possible relationship to the BH "Disruptive Customer." Recently when I visited a SB there were multiple "Disruptive Customers" on the lot. Formerly I saw only one or none.
When I went back to play as the owner, there didn't seem to be more DC's than normal. But I haven't done more than a quick check.

Because of BH, my Sim's "nuisance guest" flag won't go away and they can only do "Prank toilet."
As long as I keep playing SB, I think more and more Sims will only be able to do "Prank toilet."
This is a serious bug that breaks the Sims themselves, so I hope EA fixes it as soon as possible.
