[BH] Sim constantly doing 'Prank toilet' interaction

Now, he always only toilets mischief. His only Autonomous behavior is toilets mischief. Even when he's hungry, he doesn't take any Autonomous behavior to eat. No matter how many times I delete his actions, he keeps taking the action to toilets mischief. This happens not only with playable characters, but also with NPCs. I saw him at a bar and he was setting up pranks in all the restrooms. He's never done this before.
This didn't happen at least three months ago, so something might have happened in the recent update. I think the nuisance customer flag in Business & Hobbies is a problem.
He's one of my favorite Sims, so I absolutely cannot delete him. I'm really struggling with not being able to play with my family with this Sim. Please fix this soon.

His traits are as follows:
Creative, Bookworm, Perfectionist, Neat, SelfAssured

After some testing, I found that the Sim has a commodity for the small business prankster. Removing that stops the autonomy behavior of pranking the toilet.

I suspect, it got stuck on the Sim from when he was a disruptive customer but I havent' done any testing on the cause.

Sure thing. I'd happy to test it without mods and share to your team. Cuz I can't stand anymore playing with this Sim who always teleport to bathroom and pranking toilet (yes she's spellcaster too).

I want to provide an update and proof of my testing, before send you the save file. I decided to create a new save (because my main save file is too heavy to load for testing) and loaded the household with the bugged Sim. I also included the household as it was when I first added them to the world (before the bug) to that save file, for your team’s comparison. Here’s the result: She still pranks toilets even in a vanilla game and a new save file. See Video 1.
Additionally, I tested with another Sim from a different household (Bella Goth) and tried traveling with the bugged Sim to a public lot and a Small Business venue. The bugged Sim still pranks toilets. See Screenshot 686 & 687.

I'm glad i'm not the only one noticing this. This is in my small business gym. Two toilets have already been pranked:

Toilet pranking is even happening on home lots. Here is English actor David Bradley pranking my sims home toilet which doesn't even have any small business operating from it:

I just found this bug in my (modded) save too. I play on a Mac with mods. The sim was usually in the unplayed bin , but I started playing him and wherever he went (in 3 different worlds) he pranked the toilet any minute he had some autonomy. So annoying! He did not have the goofball trait. I made him dislike mischief and he persisted. I found this report and using Crin's solution and Lumpinou's Sim Info Manager mod was able to locate and remove the commodity and the behavior stopped.
