[BH] Sim constantly doing 'Prank toilet' interaction

Now, he always only toilets mischief. His only Autonomous behavior is toilets mischief. Even when he's hungry, he doesn't take any Autonomous behavior to eat. No matter how many times I delete his actions, he keeps taking the action to toilets mischief. This happens not only with playable characters, but also with NPCs. I saw him at a bar and he was setting up pranks in all the restrooms. He's never done this before.
This didn't happen at least three months ago, so something might have happened in the recent update. I think the nuisance customer flag in Business & Hobbies is a problem.
He's one of my favorite Sims, so I absolutely cannot delete him. I'm really struggling with not being able to play with my family with this Sim. Please fix this soon.

His traits are as follows:
Creative, Bookworm, Perfectionist, Neat, SelfAssured

After some testing, I found that the Sim has a commodity for the small business prankster. Removing that stops the autonomy behavior of pranking the toilet. 

I suspect, it got stuck on the Sim from when he was a disruptive customer but I havent' done any testing on the cause.

    So it was Small Business after all. Thank you so much for looking into it! Now I know the cause and I'm one step closer to solving the problem!

    I can't remember if he was a nuisance customer before (becose there are a lot of them), but I thought maybe he was still flagged as a nuisance customer, so I waited at the Small Business store. When he entered, he showed up as a shopper, not a nuisance customer, but he doing 'Prank toilet' again. So the situation didn't improve. I'll try a few more things, but it seems like it's difficult to solve on your own on console. If I continue playing Small Business, other Sims may also be flagged as nuisance customers, so I really hope EA can fix it.

    I used the translation function to write the text, so I think it was difficult to read. Thank you for your kind assistance despite that.

    With the help of crinrict, we've identified this bug as being caused by Small Business. Affected Sims will still appear in the Gallery, so please let console players know how to resolve this bug. The Sim affected by this bug is very dear to me, and I absolutely do not want to lose him from the game.
    I would also appreciate it if you could fix the game so this bug doesn't occur again.
