[BH] Sim use objects outside of Home lot /Assigned area

Mods removed, sorry! First time posting :) 

I had MCCC and UI cheats but uninstalled them with the last update. This happened before installing the new versions of the mods.

Additional info, I hired an employee and set her to tending the coffee counter. She didn't have the issue, and my Sim stopped trying to run off to tend the other counter while the employee was tending it. 

This might need to be a seperate post but it seems like the autonomy of several employee activities will extend to the neighborhood instead of just the lot. I've had a sim go off lot to start harvesting wild plants with the "Harvest and tend garden" activity turned on. 

Sounds like the base reason for what Wish_Me_Nessie is seeing so no, I don't think a separate thread for it now.

I'll wait for more reports to see if others see similar before adjusting the title.

My sims are cleaning way beyond the area they should be cleaning. I have a residential with small business in Hedford-on-Bagley, whenever my sim will clean up plates that customers use, my sim will leave the home lot and travel all over the world collecting dirty dishes in parks etc (outside homelot but no loading screen needed). This takes up so much time just for plates to be cleaned up. 

I encountered an almost similar issue with my sim leaving in a rental space. Whenever cleaning up dishes, my sim will leave her apartment and clean up for all the common areas. This one is not as bothersome as the one above. 

I am not encountering the first one, but have been the second one. I have 2 families that live in an apartment building, with MCCC preventing more move-ins to the apartment building. Yet I have a family of 3 in the ground floor and a single lady in the top floor. The lady spends her time going around the apartment building picking up plates and washing them. But only plates in the building. Not out in the world.

Area (public,private,employee,neighborhood) not taken into consideration when sims are filling tasks (ex: washing dishes, picking garbage, choosing a table to eat)

There is no distinction on how sims manage tasks between the neighborhood outside the lot area, public business area, employee only area and private residential area when it comes to use sink, garbage and sit at a table to eat.


WHAT HAPPEN:

Example 1) When I order my sims to eat from their home, sometimes they will decide to go sit at a random far away bench park outside their house lot instead of choosing a table inside their home or at least on their lot. (This bug happen no matter if there is a business or not existing on the lot)

Example 2) When my sims is inside their business (either in the employee area or public area) and I order them to wash a dirty plate, instead of using the nearest sink (either in the employee area or public area) they will walk back all the way to their house (private residential area) and use the sink or dishwasher there.  (Yes I verified if the sink had the proper "kitchen" "bathroom" or "both" type assigned)

Example 3) When I order my sims to empty the garbage bins, they will empty all garbage both from their house and business regardless of where they are, but then they will even proceed to walk around the parks in the area outside their lot to pick up garbage there too. They never did that before recent updates.


-> So far I was able to replicate those bugs on 2 lots: Pebble Burrow (in Oasis Spring) and Red Roan Field (Chestnut Ridge)

WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN:
Sims should follow some sort of priority when choosing an object to use in order to fill a task. The objects available in the area they are currently in should be prioritized and the objects outside that area should be ignored. 

If they are on the business lot; they should use stuff there, not from their personal house or neighborhood. When they are in their personal house; they should use stuff there, not from their business or neighborhood. There is already a color system to identify different area, it should be taken into consideration when sims fill their task. Proximity should also be taken into account to avoid going downstairs to wash stuff from upstairs when there are an appropriate appliance closer. But areas should be the first criteria I think.

The stuff in the neighborhood outside the lot should be ignored if the sims is on their lot.

I have all the Expansion Packs, almost all the Game Pack (Except Wedding Story and Journey to Batuu) I have the following Stuff Packs: Nifty Knitting, Moschino, My First Pet, Laundry Day, Vintage Glamour, Backyard, Romantic Garden, Movie Hangout and Perfect Patio. I also have those Kits: Holiday Celebration Pack, Grim Ghoulish Guitar, Desert Luxe, Decor to the Max and Bust the Dust.

I USE ZERO MODS.
GAME VERSION: 1.114.46.1030 DX11
PC: Windows 11
