[BH] Sim use objects outside of Home lot /Assigned area

I have a Small Business lot set on Copperdale, on the small lot directly above of the amusement park. There's a coffee counter, and my Sim has the employee activity of tending cafe/tea counters. However, he's CONSTANTLY running out of his cafe to go tend the counter in the amusement park? 

I tried not having him do that as an employee activity, but it doesn't matter. As soon as he starts tending the counter, someone will walk to the other counter in the world, try to order, and my Sim sprints off into the sunset to tend that one.

No mods or cc.

    Very good point! The core of the problem seems indeed related, but manifest itself in more general ways like you said.  Thank you very much for your help on investigating!!

    Something very similar happen in my game too!

    The core of the problem seems to be the same to yours, but reveal that it manifest itself in a more general way and affect more aspects of the gameplay. 

    In my game: area (public,private,employee,neighborhood) are not taken into consideration when sims are filling tasks (ex: washing dishes, picking garbage, choosing a table to eat). Some of those bugs happen no matter if there is a business or not existing on the lot.
