Random sim spawns on closing business and walks into the apartment above with no option to make them leave

I have this problem with the EP H&B, I have correctly marked a part of the lot as residential and a part as public but the customer/visitor sims of the business invade the part marked as residential, enter my sim's house, and do not leave. Even after the business closes they continue to enter the house. I have blocked the door but this does not work. They are not friends, they are not salesmen, they are not neighbors of my sim. They are customers/visitors of the business.
Vice versa, in all the activities of the EP Go to Work:
1. in the doors set to "block all except employees" it works, the doors are blocked, the visitor/customer sims do not enter the areas where my sim does not want them to enter. And
2. when the shop/restaurant closes they all leave, all the sims leave the lot.
I expect the same thing to happen also in the lots that host an H&B business.
