Been happening to me as well kind of frusterating

Hello, after a recent update, I noticed that employees are either not coming to work or coming in, working for a few hours, and then disappearing. Recently, one employee came to work, stayed for a while, disappeared, and then returned not as an employee but as a customer. Maybe it's already fixed somehow? 

I dont have mods or cc.

Same issue here, its a new bug in the patch, but I found a fix.

REMOVE THIS FROM YOUR TARGET CUSTOMER CRITERIA, and your employees should not randomly leave anymore. This fix works for me until EA officially fixes it or even acknowledges it

Thank you!!  I removed this and my employee's did not leave!  However, my business is a petting zoo and not having children or horses or pets is a pretty big damper on the business until this issue gets fixed.

I'm having the issue at my small business (in-home) where my employees show up to work and then leave after a couple of hours. I removed their other careers, and it persists. Sometimes they don't show up at all. I'm running a daycare, and it's frustrating for employees to leave because I can't take care of all the little ones alone! I do have mods, but they are all up-to-date.

Same thing happening here, but I still have to pay them. No use in removing the supervised customer thing, as it's as the business is a childrens play center
