[BH] Small business employees not appearing/leaving

Hello -

I have been having an issue in my game where the two employees of my Sim's small business will leave the lot after the business has been open for 1 hour. I usually play with mods, but I did remove all mods and delete my localthumbcache file and tried it, and I still had the same result--employee's left after the business was open for 1.5 hours. I believe this issue started before the 1.113.297 patch.

Edit - I did some further investigating and had another Sim in my household create a business and the issue is NOT happening if I create a brand new business. The business that it is happening to is 5 stars (local legend) and I have the following perks:

This business also started at a different lot and my family recently moved to a new lot, but the issue with the employees leaving early has happened on both lots so I think it is linked to the business itself.

How to Keep Your Employees from Vanishing Issue - Are you having this bug where- Every time you leave your venue and come back, your employees are gone and must be rehired? Welp I have a workaround!
Solution: Don’t manually close your business. Let the game do it for you.
✅ Step-by-Step:
Go to your business venue.
Hire and assign your employees like normal.
Open the business for the day.
At the end of the day, do NOT manually close the business.
Instead, just have your Sim travel home (via phone or map).
The game will auto-close the business once you arrive home.
Next time you return to the venue— Employee is still there, still hired, and still doing their job.
🧠 Why it Works: It seems the auto-close process preserves the employee data, while the manual “Close Business” button may trigger a faulty cleanup script that wipes your staff.

Every shift at my small business the employees keep leaving after a couple hours of work (2-3h). This happens without me closing the business. They just walk off and leave.
