I took out gameplay mods which were only MCCC and the problem still persists:
Chez Sauce is assigned to operate on a lot in Magnolia Promenade. On this kiosk it should say "Buy Entry in to Saucy Mentoring Limited"
When checking the small business settings, Saucy Mentoring Limited is set to operate at Movers and Shakers:
And Chez Sauce is correctly checked to operate at Chez Sauce in Magnolia Promenade.
So why is the lot in Willow Creek thinking the gym is now a café? Kevin still owns his small business.
Kevin had his business first, then Emma opened Chez Sauce way later on in the story so this should not interfere with the small business lots.
