[BH] Tattoos not unlocked/relock with skill up

I had one sim leveled up to 9 unlocked all poor quality and sketch pad but only level 7 right arm is locked. when i upload to gallery and redownload, one save they lock again the other save he has same unlocked - locked right arm level 7. 

I think there are still bugs though because he is level 9 and everything is unlocked except right arm level 7. 

Here too, Lv 10 and still tattoos are locked, that only requirement is a certain level to unlock.

PS4, no Mods, Skill not cheated

I play on Playstation 5. My sim is maxed in most skills, all completely naturally through gameplay. when building the tattooing skill, i made a tattoo studio to do so. When i maxed the skill, i moved my sim in to a penthouse. All tattoos locked by level are now locked again. "skill level 5 required" for example. As the skill is already maxed out, i cant improve any. i refuse to start a new save file because my sim is a global superstar, max in all but a handful of skills, a legitimate millionaire, has loads and loads of traits/reward traits and has relationships with almost 100 sims.

Having spent hundreds of pounds on this game, its truly disheartening that it doesnt work properly, so im hoping that someone gives this issue attention and works to fix it, because from what i can see, olus after speaking to several sims influencers, this issue isnt a new one.

I achieved level 10 of the tattoo skill naturally, without cheats. I unlocked all tattoos, including the poor quality and digital sketchpad ones. I built a tattoo shop and loved performing tattoos on random townies. Somewhere down the line, the skill broke. I can still offer paid mentorship, but all unlocked tattoos are locked again. It’s completely ruined my experience and despite everything nothing has been done. Like most, I’ve spent hundreds on the game and it’s still developing bugs and glitches after every “patch”. Please, please, please sort this skill out in the next one!

My sim is max level and still has locked tattoos. I’ve given plenty of poor tattoos on the body part and leveled up on digital sketch pad. No mods. Idk why they won’t unlock ?

I am having this same problem. Both my sim and her husband are max skill level and have drawn plenty of tattoos on the sketch pad and given so many poor tattoos on the body parts. They will not unlock. No mods or cc in my game. How can this get fixed????
