[BH] Ticket Kiosk Doesn't Ask Entry Fees On NPC-Owner Venues

When you travelled to your business lot, did you travel with the business owner, or another household member of the business owner? Or had you travelled there with a different household entirely?

For me it was travelling there with a different household entirely. 

Here are some steps to replicate :) 

set up household with business
make the business require kiosk
buy another lot
assign business to the new lot only (uncheck residential one)
make sure residential home has no kiosk and go home
open business panel and click ok
open manage worlds, take a new household and go to the business LOT, not home business.
The issue doesnt happen everytime - roughly 8/10 times 

As the title says, there's an issue with being unable to buy an entry ticket at other businesses if a sim selected owns any small business. In this example, I have set up a business on a different small business only venue, owned by the michaelsons. I visited the business with another household that have a home business and the only options when visiting the michaelson business are just the Sell home business. While the other members of the household only get the buy entry interaction which is the correct one! Hope this gets fixed soon :(

Have you tested this on a new save to see if it's isolated to your current save ? 

This is my save but I've only tested small business residential. Still in the process of testing the other

Does it matter for you if it's a small business lot or a residential business ?

travel with the last played household sim Cara Adams and visit the small business in the place of the Rec Center (it'll be owned by the Michaelsons)
