I have the white-collar robber small business perk and have used it without having any issues. After the update on 7/1 the option does not even show up on anything on another business lot. My sims has level 9 mischief and I have used it in the past on all 3 premade small business lots. My sim does not have the kleptomaniac trait and this has not been needed in the past
Mine isn't working either since the 7/1 update. Had to actually remove the perk because I couldn't even swipe objects even though I had both kleptomaniac trait and lvl 10 mischief skill. Once
I removed the perk, I could steal again. Really wish the perk was fixed though :(
