I recently got back into playing, upon release of Businesses and Hobbies, made a household, and eventually had Zain Amri move in.
For some reason, they frequently stop whatever they are doing, and just... wander off through town with no destination. They have no action queued, they just... wander. I click the debug option which will stop them from doing this in the moment, but without fail, they always end up doing it again after awhile.
My created sim does not do this, so I'm wondering if it's some glitch with this specific sim.
For reference, I have no script mods added to the game, only CC.
Delayed bump but I'm having the same issue with the same exact sim. They will walk out of the house and then will refuse to walk back in unless I cheat teleport them inside. I do have script mods and CC but I'm assuming this is a game issue rather than a mod issue. I haven't seen this with any sims BUT Zain Amri.
