Body Hair Keeps Coming Back Even After Choosing No Hairs

I didn't find this issue in the bug list yet, so decided to slip one in, in case this might be a bug.

My sims, a man and a female, both was made without any body hair, without leg hair or facial hair, yet the man always get his facial hair back and hair on his legs, not a big issue, but he also get hair on his chest, which is not supposed to happen to him, because I chose no body hair otherwise on him when he was created. And with no vax or shaving option for those parts, it gets very annoying to enter change sim all the time to remove it and then it returns after a short while.

The female sim always get hairy legs after just one or two days (in game) and here again, no shaving option to get rid of that annoying occurrence without maybe adding a shaving mod, but I don't want to do that in case of lagging or bad performance. So here too I have to click in to change sim and remove hair on the legs with no hair and then watch as it just return randomly. I think this should be looked into, since it seems that sim creation is a bit unstable atm. There was a situation where I lost my mermaid tails on both sims too and had to add them back, so idk why such features just vanish at some point, or just returns out of the blue like that. But I do hope that this get figured out :)
