I keep deleting him, but then he re-spawns every time I visit Magnolia Park. This is in my main save that I did the event with -- next time I'll use a new throw-away save since I'm so sick of these events interfering with my normal gameplay and causing issues like this...

Hi lucombre​ 

could you do a short test on a new save to check if it happens there to or if it's limited to the save you did the event on ?
