Bugs still not fixed

I have sims 4 on the Xbox. It has said that it did a bug fix on June 23 to fix the problems the update did well my doctor still can’t diagnose and my actress still can’t get her hair and makeup done so with these bugs still not fixed I can’t promote my character or go further in my game play! Plus another thing it takes forever to load, load game, go between scenes, travel, everything just takes so long to load.
