Have not been able to get police to show up via phone or upgraded alarm, Mods/CC never used.
I did use cheat to summon the burglar via mailbox though so that could be it but I'll have to wait for burglar to show on their own to know if its just cause I used the cheat.
No lot trait or lot challenge was active on the lot.
I have GTW but I haven't played Detective career in this save.
