After an absence since my main two saves are currently affected by a white screen bug (already reported here: [CL] [LS] White Screen/Endless Loading when loading world with penthouses Basic Info), I started trying to build a new template save without the rentals before starting a new save using lots from my library... But as I go in to tweak some things on the lot to adapt with custom venues I am noticing a I can only use each "tool" once (hand, sledgehammer, eyedrop, placing an object) before I am locked out of the action until I do another. Since I am placing a lot of lots from the library, I am not sure what is causing it -- the only "fix" is to fully exit and reload the game. No mods and I play on PC. I really would like to play again. Is this an issue that still needs save files?
