Buy/Build: Can only manipulate one item

Whenever I download a build from the Gallery, I can only delete one item at a time. After that, I have to switch to a different tool and then back to the hammer in order to delete another item. This bug happens consistently with every save file. I don’t have any mods installed anymore and since then I’ve completely uninstalled The Sims and the EA App, then reinstalled everything, but the issue still persists. Reparing the game or deleting caches or trays didn't do anything either. I’ve been experiencing this problem for quite a long time now. It doesn’t seem to affect downloading Sims—only lots. There is no issue if I build on an empty lot or edit an existing building as long as I didn't download a gallery build. 

I don't have any CC installed & the only thing I can think of is maybe the new update created this bug, or maybe it's a bug with the gallery? Idk either way, I placed a few lots in Newcrest today, and when I try to use build/buy mode, it only lets me do one thing at a time. For example, I go to change the living space from public to residential, but I can only do one room at a time, then go into live mod, then back into build/buy mode to click on another room or place an object or literally anything.

I’m having the same issue!! I haven’t been able to resolve it. And now I can’t add furniture or items to certain downloads. and wallpapers are missing and can’t be replaced even when I own all the packs. 

Another bug with Tomarani For Rent. Now I can only move one item at a time in build mode, if I try to move something else the game keeps the item in move mode and will not allow the item to be put down. If I move to live mode then back to build I can move one item before it gets stuck again. Can you please fix the For Rent expansion, with all the bugs it is pretty unplayable? It still bugs out when trying to make repairs for tenants as well.

I’ve noticed this for a while, but when you’re on bigger lot sizes and enter build mode, you can’t delete objects or add them after you first delete an object. It’s so annoying. I’ve repaired the game and that didn’t seem to fix it. I’ve seen people have had this problem for a long time.  

I am having this problem now for the first time. So annoying.

When I place lots from the gallery, it breaks my build mode so I can only affect one item at a time and then I have to go into live mode and back. Like, place a chair, live mode, back to build mode, place a second chair. It seems to only be lots other players have built, ones I made from my library are fine. Going to manage worlds or even the main menu doesn't fix it, it requires a full game restart.

This issue just started for me too after the last patch. Only one item at a time per build mode visit and can't drag anything without it snapping right back where it was. Extremely frustrating.
