Whenever my sim calls another sim on the phone I constantly get "bad reception due to off grid" moodlet. Neither lot is off grid and it seems to happen no matter what lot the call is from. This happens with every sim and has been happening since the new update.

This is happening to me as well, over all my saves since the July update. Hope this will be in the list to be fixed before the new expansion pack is out. I've got all packs except Vampires and Werewolves.
Same thing happens to my sims. I don't think I've ever played with the off the grid challenge but I always get it. Every sim, every lot.
PC - No Mods
I am also experiencing this in multiple saves. None of the lots have the off-the-grid challenge trait. But every phone call results in one of the off-the-grid moodlets.
Same thing happening with me, multiple saves, including the fresh/vanilla save I created to explore Adventure Awaits. It happens with regular calls and video calls.
Come on people, it’s been 3 months and you are still here complaining about this bug?.

Remember there is a Sul Sul Mega Sims Team dedicated to bug fixes since May 2024, so expect the next update to see the San Myshuno Magnet of the “From the Forever Friends Event” fixed as it should say Mt. Komorebi instead.
The rest of the bugs like this one and others are for a later date!. They are just laughing at you!

I just had this happen. New save I made for the new event, never been off the grid, never played any other households. No mods on right now. I'm in an apartment in San Myshuno, but there haven't been any power outages/unpaid bills or anything else I thought might have caused it.

This happens with every sim and has been happening since the new update 4 months ago. I've never used mods or CC. Is there a work around? When will this issue be fixed?
Live Mode - Never CC or MODs - Play using PC
This happens on every lot in San Myshuno for me - including the public and community lots.
