Whenever my sim calls another sim on the phone I constantly get "bad reception due to off grid" moodlet. Neither lot is off grid and it seems to happen no matter what lot the call is from. This happens with every sim and has been happening since the new update.
I had that too in Sulani (the big lot in Mua Pelam which I turned into a national park). I thought that it might be glitching because my Sim's home lot actually is off the grid, but maybe it's a Sulani issue.
I have the same issue. I am trying to do the 100 baby challenge at the Inner Circle lot in Del Sol Valley lot and keep getting this bug constantly when trying to build up socialization during babies. I've tried repairing my game and nothing. I don't use no mods for awhile now so it ain't that.
My Sims keep getting angry about bad connections on their home lot in Willow Creek, which actually has the opposite trait to Off-the-Grid, Fast Internet. I don't have Sulani / Island Living, and the only CC I have is a bunch of display racks.
Also having this issue across all worlds in every save. I'm on PC with no mods
Using the phone to call someone in Innesgreene, Moods told the lot is off-the-Grid, even though it's not. Tried to turn on and off to fix the bug, but there were no results.
Had this too. On the big lot in Nordhaven ( 50x40) where I built a mansion on. She made a date via the Cupid app and it told me she had lost connection due to Off Grid trait. It's not Off Grid. It does have a residential business though.
Having this too now. Noticed drop calls bad moodlet's and says from of the off the grid lot trait but don't have that on and never had it on at any point. Currently in Glimmerbrook only other world I have other than BG. I have the heist havoc lot trait on. Regular residential lot.

Every save I have I keep getting this moodlet without being off the grid. It just started about 2 weeks ago.
Now, i honestly don't know if this is because of my cc or if its in the game, but I recently played with my Sim and whenever she calls someone, she gets an angry buff saying the call was low or poor quality because its off the grid. I never set anything as off the grid. It does it at her house, at the gym, when she visits a lot, it just does it.
