Can’t get into CAS mode and household names keep duplicating

I cannot get into create a Sim. It keeps the loading screen up until I have to shut down the game. When I create a new game, all the Sims have the same name and I can’t do anything about it. Also family members keep disappearing  please find a fix the game is unplayable after your updates
