Can’t load into save

I’ve been playing for the last several hours I saved and left to go do other things came back and now I cannot load into my game it just takes me to manage worlds and tells me to create a new household. How do I fix this? I’ve played this save for generations and do not want to lose it. I’m on the PS5 with the latest update installed
