I recently bought the Discover University and I have been trying to enroll a sim in university and move to campus housing, but after selecting all the options the final screen (moving my sim out and selling lot furnishings) the game freezes and will not progress further.
I downloaded today's update, removed all mods, repaired the game, restarted the game repeatedly and it will still freeze in the same place.

I'm having the same exact problem. I was able to enroll five sims into the dorm and when I went to enroll the sixth sim, it started to freeze. I disabled all mods and it still happened.
Same, its my sims last term and I'm trying to move her into the uni dorms but when I click the checkmark it goes gray and I can't leave the screen, I have to exit the game and she's not in the world anymore, I've tried reenrolling her from a household with just her and the same thing happens
same here. I wanted to play the sim at home and move out only for the last term and that happened. No issues enrolling or moving to the campus before the Lovestruck update. but I haven't tried to move only in the last term before. I have no mods.

This is happening to me too. I had 4 sims in a lot but was only able to enroll 1 in university. The other 3 crash the game every time I try. I've taken my mods folder out of the game files and repaired the game and it's still happening.

Yes, it seems to be a new bug, so you have a choice. Either let your Sims attend university from home, wait for the problem to be fixed in a future update, or hope someone makes a mod to fix it. I'd suggest the first option, attending from home, because there's no telling how long the other two options will take.
Having the same issue after the newest update
My game is freezing/giving an error when attempting to move together, but it's not related to university.
I have a sim couple who got married and after that I've tried to move them together with no success. The first time the game was from a pop up after the marriage, the game froze and I had to force quit. I repeated the steps and it froze again. Then I tried to move them together from manage worlds instead but the game froze. Another time I had them succefully move together via manage worlds, but got an error code while trying to load the lot and was recommended to relaunch the game which I did. This happened twice. Error code is 102:33015dcc:99c26b61.
UPDATE: I evicted the man from his house and managed to move them together and back to the house!
