friendlord17 I notice two interesting details here. One is that like the other user in this thread who's provided a dxdiag, your laptop's native resolution is 1366x768, and fullscreen mode works fine but windowed does not. The resolution might be the issue here.
The other detail is that your graphics driver is from 2019. So please install the newest version Intel provides for your graphics chip, at the bottom of this page:
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart afterwards and before trying to play.
