kbr12 Thanks for the dxdiag and other info. Your laptop's graphics driver is from 2020, and although I don't know that updating will fix it given the other info we have about this issue, it's worth updating the driver anyway. This is the newest one Intel offers for your processor and graphics chip:
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart afterwards and before trying to play.
If you get an error when trying to install the driver, use this workaround:
