What platform are you playing on? PC
Are you using mods/cc? No
For PC: Could you post your Computer's Dx Dia g?
Press Windows-Key + R
Type: Dx Dia g
Click on Save all Information.

Are you playing in windowed/full window or full screen mode and does it help to switch? I am currently playing in windowed mode. I switched to full screen, and that does seem to help.
