Dear SIms Team/EA,
STOP SELLING KITS ON MARKETPLACE IT DOESN'T WORK!!!!
The Sims 4 Marketplace kits and packs do not install properly, and any item with interactions will not work correctly. Me and many other players have had to go through multiple EA Support workers just to finally find someone willing to manually add the kits to the EA app so they actually function properly.
So clearly this is a known issue.
Yet you keep selling these packs anyway, which just leaves more simmers frustrated, wasting money on content that doesn’t work as intended. People shouldn’t have to fight through support tickets just to use something they paid for.
Do you actually care about your simmers and the experience they’re having, or just the sales?
Agreed! Any why does this forum still have this issue listed as "Needs More Info"? Surely they have enough user reports to investigate it and work out a fix? It's been over a month now, EA!
