Hi,
I recently had some extra moola and purchased a couple kits through marketplace. Bust the dust kit, bathroom clutter and everyday clutter kits. All kits show as owned and installed, and the objects show up in game but are completely not functional. They are entirely decorative and do not do anything when clicked on. The items in the two clutter kits that have functionality to them are not working, and none of the vacuums are working. I know bust the dust kit is buggy, but this is just me having paid for nothing? Any ideas?
I did see other forums talking about similar issues and no known fixes other than reinstalling before starting your save, but it makes it unbelievably laggy and you have to do it every time.
purchased bust the dust a few months back through the marketplace and it indeed does not work. the items in the game show up in buy mode and houses have the sparkle effect but the actual gameplay part of it is bugged I believe. reinstalled and repaired multiple times.
also like to note in the ea app it does not show as purchased, even though it is purchased. marketplace bug mayhaps?
Not a bug, the Marketplace and the EA App store are two seperate stores. So anything you purchase through the Marketplace will only show as owned in the Marketplace for that reason.
