I'm having the exact same issue. Support was completely unhelpful. Here's the response I got: "If we identify a larger issue affecting multiple players, we will share updates in-game or through our official social channels." In the end, they just closed my ticket. There are literally hundreds of comments here from players who are experiencing the same problem. I’d also like to add that life goals from the Bust the Dust kit aren’t displaying, even though the vacuum cleaners are present in the game.
EA_Cade has mentioned that they are targeting some fixes for this in an upcoming patch.
Same. No aspirations or goals. Just constantly sparkly floors and vacuums that do absolutely nothing. Doesn't matter how many times I redownload the pack. Same with the kitchen one. I've never gotten to use my cookie jar. Not once. It's frustrating when you're sold false promises.
