After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

I'm having the same problem... I'm so sick of these bugs! I've spend a lot of money on this game and everytime i play i've got to deal with at least one stupid bug! If you search online a lot of simmers experience these bugs and some bugs don't get resolved, even after years!
