Hello everyone, I tried with this method and it's worked for me.
Clear cache
If you're having trouble downloading games, clear your cache using App Recovery to see if that fixes your issue.
- Launch the EA app on your PC or Mac.
- From the main menu bar, select Help and choose App Recovery.
- Select Clear Cache.
- If you’re using a Mac, you might need to enter your password to give EALaunchHelper permission to clear cache. You’ll need to enter the password you use to log in to your Mac device, not your EA Account password.

I did this and it did not work, I also went into my file and deleted any marked “cache” by hand. I eventually gave up and just deleted the game, even after reinstalling I still can’t build/delete anything in build mode. Every attempt to save or leave game causes a permanent loading screen. The lack of any help from EA in this forum is making me feel like the game was just a big waste of money.
