After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

I am having the same issue. It's making me super frustrated. I have issues with the undo button as well as object placing, sledgehammer not deleting what I ask it to delete and bulldozing button doesn't want to work either at times. I have to constantly repair my game. I haven't used mods in this only save I have as they are all deleted and I deleted the last exceptions, local thumb cache file, deleted all my cc out of my mods folder before doing the two previous things and then lastly repaired my game. Scripts and custom content button are also disabled too. Still having the issue. A temp fix I only found is constantly repairing my game which is driving me crazy.
