Ideas
I've gotten an idea that the build glitch is related to the expansion pack, Business & Hobbies. Even though I knew to stay away from Small Business lot I still had the glitch. So for now, I'm not using any of the build modes from Business & Hobbies until it's completely fixed. However, the new CAS works. Also, I'm a vanilla player on my PC.
PS: Quick question, does any simmer know how to uninstall a particular pack?
