After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

I have the same issue. I need to go to live mode and back to build mode again to place an item or remove an item.
It starts after placing a lot from the gallery. I need to restart the game and I can build again.
