After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

Now I'm having the issue where I can't rotate copied things in build mode like roofs and rooms because the R1 & L1 on PlayStation doesn't rotate when pressed it just swaps to another option like the eye dropper tool or move lot/room tool and let's go of whatever I'm holding.
