I've been having issues with the game as well since this update. Noteably, when I'm in the build/buy process of a home, there are moments where I am unable to apply new changes to homes, such as applying new wallpapers, deleting stairs, etc. Added to this when I try to save my progress, the game appears to break entirely, giving me the "saving" indicator for over 10 mins. I have no mods installed at all, and I have cleared the image cache recently. Judging by the number I've people I've seen having these issues, I don't think this is a user error, and is just a faulty patch that needs to be fixed asap.
