After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

I downloaded the recent update today, and now I cannot place an object despite the green box saying it is ok to place there. It just either doesn't appear, or won't let me drop it into place.
Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
I've got the same issue.
