After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

I have been dealing with items being deleted out of a buildings I've built after I save and come back to the build later. Clutter items, doors, sofa's, paintings, plants, ect, all would randomly be deleted out of the build and I would have to start again.
