After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

I played earlier today with no issue but when I logged in a got a mcc error code, downloaded the new mcc command center and it was still giving me the same error and when I go into build mode I can't place anything or adjust the hight of the floors once this happens I can no longer even delete anything and my whole system freezes up and I have to restart my whole computer to get out of the game. I disabled all mods and tried again but had the same issues.
