After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

I am having this issue after the September 18th, 2025 update.
If I pick up an already placed item I cannot place it back down. This was also specifically happening with gallery builds. I was touring shells for a shell challenge and was downloading and looking at several different builds and this was an issue across all of them. I also could not use the undo button or use Ctrl+Z to undo.
I was using multiple save files and this issue was happening across all of them. I restarted my game more than once and it didn't resolve. However now, a few hours later, I opened my game and the issue is not happening.
I have no mods in my game and have not had any mods in my game since the update.
