After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

Since the new update I can't place any objects in build mode or delete existing ones.
Newly placed objects immediately dissapear and existing ones can't be deleted or selected.
I have updated all my mods and removed broken ones. Don't know if this could be caused by broken CC.
I've tested without mods and CC today. It still occurs and restarting the game or repairing it doesn't fix it. This literally makes the game unplayable and I never had the issue before..
