After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

having this issue after the newest update as well
it seems to let me place one item and then stops working, if i try to eye drop something the item disappears before i can place it
amending my comment to say that for me at least, building from manage worlds seems to work fine but going into build mode whilst playing in a household is when I was having the issue (you can also see the sims kind of glitching while you try to build, almost like they are resetting)
