After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...
Ideas
When I am in build/buy mode and I select an item and drag it on to the property, the item shows for a moment and then it disappears and my mouse just goes back to an arrow. I do not have any mods or ccs and I have the most recent update.
