After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

It's not just placing or deleting, it's also copying. Please see my quick video snip for example.
I can only place 1 item from Build Mode at a time. Once I've done so, I cannot place or copy another item. I have to exit Build Mode and enter again to reset it and force it to allow me to place more than one item again.
I had no issues with this until today, so even during current AA event I had no trouble.
