After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

Idk where to report these issues anymore so I'm just placing it here.
The toys in the "toys" category in the catalogue refuse to place in world. Some will show up under my cursor then vanish, some won't even let me choose it. I've removed all of my mods prior to this due to severe UI glitches and I haven't even unlocked any cheats before attempting this. I've checked other categories and they work fine. I have no idea what atp could've made this happen except on the company's end.
This is really frustrating and I'm getting fed up, please fix this.
I managed to place a toy by quickly dragging it into the world and placing it randomly, and then moving it where I wanted. Still sucks I have to do that...
