After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

I've been having this issue for months and i usually have to go to manage worlds every time i place something which is inconvenient. recently its been okay and working fine.
i have however had a new issue which is not being able to change a room I've placed down, so I can build but then cant change it. very odd.
