After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

experienced a version of this again today, this time after placing some lots from the gallery and going in to edit one of them (had no trouble building earlier today in a dupe of the same save)
I did notice that if I switched tools I could then place or delete and item, so in order to do something I would say delete something, switch to the hand tool, then switch back to the sledgehammer to delete something else, and so on
if I tried to sledgehammer two objects back to back it simply would not work
I also could not undo anything
